Welcome to Trésor Beauty, owned and operated by W Aesthetics Pty Ltd. This Shipping Policy outlines our order processing times, delivery options, tracking information, and responsibilities for orders placed via www.tresorbeauty.com.au.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays).
- Orders placed after 12:00 pm (AEST/AEDT) are processed the next business day.
- During promotions or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Methods and Timeframes
We partner with reputable carriers such as Australia Post, StarTrack, and CouriersPlease. Delivery timeframes are estimates from dispatch and may vary based on destination and carrier.
- Standard Shipping (Australia): 2–8 business days
- Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days
- International Shipping: 6–12 business days (customs delays may apply)
Shipping Rates
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, service level, and order size.
- Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable terms will be displayed at checkout.
Tracking and Notifications
- Tracking information is sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking links to activate.
Delivery Instructions and Authority to Leave
- You may provide delivery instructions at checkout, such as a safe drop location.
- If you authorise authority to leave, responsibility transfers once the parcel is marked delivered.
- Signature-on-delivery options may be available for added security.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- We are unable to redirect parcels after dispatch.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur a re-shipping fee.
Delays and Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays outside our control, including carrier disruptions, weather events, or customs inspections. We will assist with tracking and support where possible.
Lost, Missing, or Stolen Parcels
- If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with household members or neighbours.
- Contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can initiate a carrier investigation.
- Replacements or refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis following the carrier’s investigation.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the parcel and items. For further details, refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.
International Orders
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.
- Please ensure products comply with your local import regulations.
- Returned or refused parcels due to unpaid duties or restricted items may result in deductions from any refund.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to freight forwarders or PO Boxes where restricted by the carrier.
- Some products may be restricted due to carrier or destination regulations.
- If an item cannot be shipped, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or refund.
